Yes. Wellness+ includes independent laboratory mold testing and duct cleaning. Inspection and any mold-related findings determine the appropriate sequence; 617 HVAC does not perform mold remediation.
Each membership includes a potential qualifying replacement credit equal to up to the first year of membership dues, subject to final program terms.
