Yes. Both 617 Wellness and 617 Wellness+ include the seasonal HVAC maintenance provided through 617 Maintenance.
It is a customer-facing system-performance report produced during each scheduled Wellness visit using applicable professional field measurements. It documents performance and makes meaningful changes easier to compare over time.
No. 617 Wellness includes four Performance IQ Reports during its four physical visits. Remote HVAC monitoring between visits is included with 617 Wellness+.
Yes. Wellness+ includes independent laboratory mold testing and duct cleaning. Inspection and any mold-related findings determine the appropriate sequence; 617 HVAC does not perform mold remediation.
